Include a fully featured help document that you don't have to go online to read. Include decent video tutorials demonstratring all of the features available for the presentation program.
To be fair, most newer software that comes with an offline help document will just open the Microsoft online help applet, which will tell you that you need special software in order to view the offline help. So, I think having the online help is nice, but it should be included as a file that can be browsed offline, as well.
